Specific Detail Info | Companies all over the world are at once existed in four ages, these are: economic globalization age, information technology age, strategical quality management age and management revolution age, which oftenly have fast big changes, together, and pervasive. Because of the fact, CV Mertanadi needs planning and controlling management system that giving a conceptual outline to chart the business voyage. Controlling management system is begin from the base of strategy formula to some control that’s mean to implementing the strategy and measuring the results. To measure the results of the strategy, we must measure the working process of the company. Measuring the working process system has already applicated by the company but since the dynamic new condition with traditional measuring the working process that is build based on the accounting management system, it’s not relevan anymore. The limitation of traditional measuring of working process are: it doesn’t have unfinancial measure, a measure which isn’t have directly connection to the strategy, the manager made and read the working process report in each year that can cause missing informations (lagging metrics) and focused in only the short planning period than the long planning period. That’s why the company needs a new system of measuring the working process, and since the costumers count on the company, more, and there is also a changing in management metods, the measure must focused the people to th right direction. CV Mertanadi designed the measuring of working process system with “Performance Scorecard Management†(PSC) method to search the company result with the scorecard. It also use “Quality Function Deployment†(QFD) to reach the iniciatives strategy in the company. Based on the research, the company got the measuring of working process result index with PSC, such as: in financial key result area got 4.142, in costumers got 1.083, in internal business process got 0.565, in information system got 0.242, employees got 2.545, the total result for 2003 period is 8.577. The realistics target of working process is 10, so, the score of working process in the company is 8, that’s mean the working process of the company is satisfying. The step planning of the chief of craftsman division become the attention priority, based on “Malcolm Baldrige Criteria†with 7 level competition that influenced mostly to the measure of key result area, those are: strategical plan 19.74%, information and analyzing or measuring management, analyzing and science 19.41%, business results 17.76%, costumers and market focus 15.30%, human resources focus 14.80%, management process 6.91%, and leadership 6.09%.
