This research concern to work system design emphasizes on macro system design regarding ergonomics through macroergonomic approach. This research uses kansei engineering tool to gain the affective response of the worker to the work system design. The collected data is processed in ergonomics implementation measurement in concern to occupational health and safety and simulation phase. The measurement of ergonomics implementation is proposed to evaluate how ergonomics the hospital are, and the simulation phase is conducted to model the ergonomic implementation on Admission. This research will present a simplification of interaction model ergonomic implementation using system dynamic. The result of system dynamic is being used as the possible solution for improving performance of Admission.
