| Specific Detail Info | Currently there are a lot of problem involving aid procurement system which resulted on distributing the wrong types of aid or the wrong amount of aid. This research hope to minimize the recurrent mistake by providing a guideline on what kind of aids have to be provided and the amount needed in case of natural disaster mitigation in regard of procurement management. This research tries to minimise that problem by proposing a new procurement management system. Need assessment found minimum need by comparing available aid stock with what is needed in order to find the discrepancy in aid that needs to be provided. While integrated information system able to avoid a build up in unnecessary aid while leaving other aid at critical levels caused by miscommunication between stakeholders. In conclusion, the combination is a better system than the current aid procurement management.
