Specific Detail Info | Every year, thousands accidents happened in a work place causing the deaths, material damage, and productivity disturbance. Based on the Economic World Forum s research in 2006, the date rate due to accidents in Indonesia reaches 17-18 accident in every 100000 workers. The material losses due to accidents are also high on infrastructure damage, medical expenses, and compensation. The object of this research are DKP personnel. They are road sweepers, groundskeeper, pasukan hijau, PJU personnel, IPLT personnel. The problem appears when in their payroll system, the risk aspect was not existing yet. This research is aimed to conduct the risk identification and risk assessment of these personnel as an input of risk-based compensation. This research will start with the preliminary study of Job analysis and job description. The job analysis identification conducted with the observation video, content analysis and questionnaire. Risk assessment will be conducted by the questionnaire. Generating the value of money of compensation will be obtained using the INA-DRG.
