| Abstract/Notes | The hospital is a health care institution that provides health services to the public service, a gathering place for the sick and the healthy. The hospital environment is one aspect that should not be overlooked and also need to be managed properly. Implementation of business processes is an activity the activity of business process flows based hospital management is done starting from hospital services to patients who are newly arrived, the facilities provided for the patient during the patient's hospital stay and until the patient return (check out). Flow activity business processes are carried out an activity of the main service for the handling of hospitalization of patients IDEF0 level 1, business process stages of verification and registration level 2, receiving pasein and provide medical action level 3, recommendation refer hospitalization or refer to the installation level 4, the operational activities level 5 and get patients out of hospital level 6. one approach attempts to support the management of a healthy environment, clean and friendly environment in the hospital is a hospital green. This includes the application of green hospital environment environmentally green, efficient use of water, electricity, use of good materials and good waste reduction. Similarly, the environmental impact assessment is carried out in the hospital there are five types of categories that the hospital is medical waste, non-medical waste, medical waste sharp, use of water and electricity usage while processing the data using software simapro. Penilaiaan impact made with the determination steps include characteristization, damage assessment, normalization, weighting and a single score. The method used in conducting the environmental impact is the Eco Indicator 99 to see some of the environmental impacts include carcinogens, respiratory organics, climate change, radiation, ozone layaer, ecotoxity, acidification / euthrophication, land use, minerals, and fossil fuel. Meanwhile, to assess the environmental impacts of waste can be seen from the results of life cycle assessment based characterization, normalization and weighting the resulting single score.dampak hospital environment that affect human health at Pt 0.153209, 0.178514 eco system quality of Pt and Pt 0.359308 resources. |
