Abstract/Notes Business competition is getting more intense as the occurrence of new manufacturer and change in customer preference. Proper strategies are required by the manufacturer in order to survive in the competition. Product-service system is the answer as it is able to combine the product and service in fulfilling customer’s requirement. This study is based on a commercial vehicle manufacturer. The manufacturer are trying to adopt Product-Service System to their business model. In the process of adopting new business model, threats may occur within the manufacturer. Usually, business process in the manufacturer involves internal and external parties. Both parties are required to be examined thoroughly. Therefore, it is important to observe the multi-actor point of view in term of risk analysis. The risks which generated from multi-actor need to be identified and prioritized because there may be many diverse risks.
The determination of risk priority is done using House of Risk (HOR) multi-actor methodology. House of Risk 1 aims to give priority to the most affecting risk agent. After calculating the HOR1, 11 risk agents were chosen among 18 risk agents. These 11 risk agents have cumulative 80% of risk occurrence in the company. Salesman can’t define customer preferences, high lead time of material procurement, and customer asks for low price with high quality product are 3 risk agents with the highest Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) result. Meanwhile, House of Risk 2 aims to choose the most proper mitigation action. Twenty preventive actions were identified and assessed in HOR2. By calculating the result of HOR2, 11 preventive actions were chosen among the 20 actions because these actions affecting 80% of risk agents. Consultation with customer, strict controlling of company SOP, and quality control are 3 actions with highest total efficiency to difficulty ratio. The expected outcome by performing these actions are the decrease of risk agent occurrence for both actor
