*Open Position: Indonesia VB(Modernization) Sales Engineer*

*Position Purpose* There is a vacancy in the Indonesia Region for VB(Modernization) Sales Engineer to join our successful team. Based in the Jakarta office the successful applicant will be required to proactively doing modernization business, coordinate with factory, coordinate with various department in Kone Indonesia team . This position reports to the VA & Modernization
Manager.
*Responsibilities & Key Activities*
- Accountable for developing KONE position in his/her customer base or market area
- Proactively sell tendered Modernization sales.
- Analyze LIS(ongoing) database & C4L(equipment checkup) for sales
opportunities - Carry out surveys, communicate and follow through to clients
- Pricing / scope negotiations / Preparing quotations & tenders
- Advise clients on technical issues relation to quotations
- Process orders / handover to installation
- Report activities and opportunities via CRM
- Proactively develops and creates customer relationships in his/her scope of work.
*To be successful in this job, we expect you to possess the following
skills and experience *
- Technical background.
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Having passion to do proactive sales approach & customer focus
- A strong commitment to safety in the work place
- Ability and willingness to travel within the region as required.
- Have own vehicle.
- Computer literacy including SAP & Microsoft Office packages would be advantages
- Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
